NYSERDA partners with lenders to offer Small Commercial Participation Loans up to $100,000 for small businesses and not-for-profits. 50% of the installation costs, up to $50,000, are paid by NYSERDA, while the partnered lender pays the rest of the loan. Interest rates are the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate + 2%. Payments are made directly to the partnered lender.
